To avoid any unforeseen charges, please inform us of any special items when requesting a quote.
Your moving time is precious to us, and we want to ensure everything runs efficiently and in a timely manner. That's why we start counting time from the moment our movers arrive at your home until they leave the final destination.
You will be billed for each full hour our movers spend at your home. However, if additional time is needed, you will be billed in half-hour increments. We understand that moves can sometimes take longer than expected, which is why we bill flexibly to ensure a fair invoice.
In addition to the time spent at your home, travel fees may be charged depending on the distance traveled. For example, for a round trip to Montreal, we charge 60 minutes to cover travel costs. If you live outside our service area, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your moving needs.
If our movers arrive at your home in Plateau Montreal at 11:00 AM and leave your new home in Pointe-aux-Trembles at 2:00 PM, the billed time will be 4 hours. This includes 30 minutes to get to your home in Plateau Montreal, 3 hours for the move itself, and 30 minutes to return to our parking facility.
